Complete the online application form, and present a printed copy at the institute along with the required documentation:

- 2 ID photos (size: 4×4 cm)
- Certified copy of birth record
- Photocopy of ID
- Photocopy of secondary school diploma or a pending degree certificate
- Medical certificate of fitness issued by a public or private entity (if private, it must be stamped by the Medical Association)
- Police certificate
The photocopies of both the ID and the diploma must be certified, or accompanied by the original documents.
