The families of the School, Ateneo or the Instituto Cervera if due to particular situations they need a scholarship or reduction of the fee, they must comply with the following procedure:

  1. Be enrolled and be an admitted student of the institute.
  2. Apply by e-mail to tesoreria@colegioinmaculada.edu.ar the visit of a social worker, include in the mail telephones, address and times to contact you.
  3. A social worker will visit you: with the scholarship form, the parents and/or the student inform and document the inconveniences to the professional.
  4. The social worker delivers the report prepared in the Association.
  5. The report prepared by the social worker is evaluated by the Authorities of the Association who establish the percentage of reduction and / or payment plan.
  6. The families and/or the student are informed about it.

REGULATION OF FINANCIAL AIDS AND SCHOLARSHIPS

Article 1º: The purpose of these regulations is to balance the system of Temporary Financial Aids for students at the Initial, Primary, Secondary and Higher levels of the school Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepción

Article 2: General Conditions. The applicants for this aid, family members and students, must meet the following conditions:

  • The applicant family must not register debts pending regularization with the School.
  • The beneficiary student must have a good academic performance and their attitudes and behavior must be in accordance with the spirit of the school.
  • The benefit will be granted for the term of one academic year.
  • Observe the requirements, deadlines and conditions stipulated in this annual call regulations.
  • Submit the scholarship application, whose form works as exhibit I of these regulations, with the information and documentation required therein.

Article 3: Intervening Bodies. The financial aids will be processed before the administration of the school Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepción and will be regulated by a Scholarship Committee composed of the members of the Board of Directors and a Director representing each of the levels of study, who will present the proposals to the Chancellor for his approval.

Article 4º: Call for applications: Annually, in the first week of October, the school will make this benefit available to families in need for the next academic cycle so that they can go through the Administration to withdraw the corresponding forms that must then be submitted along with the supporting documentation and a copy of this financial aid regulation duly signed.
All the required documentation must be submitted by the applicants before November 30th.
At the Higher Level, the student can apply at any time of the year. If the financial aid is approved, it will not be retroactive and will be applied until the month of December of the year in which it was granted.

Article 5: Financing. Each year the Board of Directors will determine in the budget an item destined to fund the financial aid. The amount and number of financial aids to be awarded will be subject to that budget.

Article 6º: Information: Information regarding applications for financial aids will be reserved. The decisions of the Scholarship Committee and the Chancellor’s resolution are final.

Article 7º: Sworn Declaration of Data. The data provided by the families will have the character of an affidavit. The information of false family data or the presentation of adulterated information will disqualify them from being beneficiaries of the school’s financial aid program. Which reserves the right to demand the refund of the sums not paid for discounts granted.

Article 8º: Socio-Economic-Environmental Report: The data and documentation required and provided by the families will be verified by a Socio-Economic-Environmental report entrusted by the Scholarship Committee to a Graduate in Social Service. Based on the data collected, the report should assess the extent to which the socio-economic situation may put students’ stay at school at risk by classifying it in one of these four categories: a) High-risk situation, b) Risk situation, c) Low-risk situation and d) Zero-risk situation. This last circumstance will mean, in the first instance, the denial of the requested financial aid.

Article 9º: Semester study report: During the first fortnight after the winter break, those responsible for the different levels of studies will inform the Administration if the students benefiting from financial aid fulfilled the requirements established in Article 10 Inc. A and B of this regulation. In cases where the minimum requirements are not met, the Administration will suspend the benefits agreed upon in a timely manner in the issuance of the next fee. In order for this decision to be final, it must have the approval of the Scholarship Committee and the Chancellor’s decision.

Article 10º: Duties of the scholarship holder:

  1. Students of the Primary level may not have more than two subjects in process (February-March). Those of Secondary Level will only have the possibility of two subjects without approval to recover and / or perform in December.
  2. Maintain a “Good” concept at least in the two annual assessment instances (this does not happen in 1st and 2nd year of Secondary School), in Social Attitude.
  3. Higher Level students must regularly attend the subjects to which they are enrolled (face-to-face or partly-face-to-face), take the term exams and deliver the requested practical works.
  4. Higher Level students who register to study the last 2 (two) subjects of the Curriculum will pay 75% of the current fee. While those students who attend the last subject of the Curriculum will pay 50% of the fee.
  5. Families must renounce the financial aid when the socio-economic situation that gave rise to the request for it has changed.
  6. The beneficiary family should have debts that exceed one fee.
  7. You must keep updated the information regarding: Address, variation in the composition of your family group and variation in the main sources of income.
  8. Eventually, and for extraordinary reasons, collaborate with the school in works arranged by the Chancellor’s Office.

Article 11º: Rights of the scholarship holder: To enjoy the benefits granted by decision of the Chancellor’s Office during the period granted in the same and under the conditions of these regulations.

Article 12º: Termination of the financial aid: It will occur for the following reasons:

  1. The scholarship holder resigns due to a change in the family socio-economic situation that gave rise to the request.
  2. Falsification of data provided and/or adulteration or abandonment of studies.
  3. Manifest misconduct, unsatisfactory performance or dropout from studies.
  4. Failure to pay the commitments made, in full and for all intents and purposes.
  5. Failure or non-compliance with the obligations set out in this regulation.

Article 13: Sanctions. The termination of the financial aid will imply:

  1. The termination of the duties and rights of the scholarship holder.
  2. The prohibition of re-entry as an intern in cases where it occurs due to unsatisfactory, unjustified or manifest misconduct performance.

Article 14: Unforeseen situations. Any situation related to financial aids generated by the application of this regulation shall be resolved by the Scholarship Committee.

Article 15º: Form of Exhibits. The deadlines, requirements and conditions set out in the model form attached to this regulation, is an integral part of it.
